Intended Use
The Singclean Multi-Drug One Step Test Kit is a rapid urine test for the qualitative screening of multiple drugs and their metabolites. Utilizing colloidal gold methodology, it is designed to detect the presence of up to 23 drugs, including COC, AMP, MOP, and THC.

How much sample do I need?
Cassette: 3 drops of urine (approx. 100 µL).
Panel: Immerse the test strip vertically into urine for 10-15 seconds, ensuring the wavy line is submerged without covering the arrow(s).
Cup: Fill to the minimum fill line. Custom formats are available upon request.
Test Procedure
For Test Cassette
Place the cassette on a clean, level surface.
Using the dropper, transfer 3 full drops of urine (approx. 100 µL) into the specimen well, avoiding air bubbles.
Start the timer. Wait for colored line(s) to appear.
Read results at 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.
For Test Panel
Remove the cap and immerse the test panel vertically into the urine specimen for 10-15 seconds, ensuring the wavy line is submerged without covering the arrow(s).
Place the panel on a flat, dry surface and start the timer.
Read results within 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.
For Test Cup
Collect urine in the cup and secure the cap tightly.
If equipped with a temperature strip, read the temperature 2-4 minutes after collection to ensure it is within 32-38°C.
Place the cup on a flat surface.
Date and initial the security seal, then apply it to the cap.
Peel off the label to view results.
Read results within 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.
Interpretation of Results:
POSITIVE: One colored band in the control region (C). No band in the test region (T). Indicates drug concentration above the cut-off level.
Note: Positive results should be confirmed using a more specific method.
NEGATIVE: Two colored bands appear (C and T). Indicates drug concentration below the cut-off level.
INVALID: No control band appears. Discard the test and repeat with a new device. If issues persist, discontinue use and contact the distributor.
Test Limitations
Deviation from the instructed procedure may lead to insufficient sample volume or inaccurate results.
Unlisted substances or external factors may cause interference and lead to false results.
This kit is for preliminary screening only and is not quantitative. It does not determine exact drug concentration or level of impairment.
